Our Story

Salsitas Tacos started when Jose and Steve met working at a local Mexican Food restaurant in Orange County. As the two worked together, they learned that they both were passionate about creating great tasting recipes and authentic tasting food that locals would love.

Together they made changes and modifications to the restaurants menu, with the owners permission, and the restaurant became successful. Many customer would love the hospitality that Steve brought to the restaurant and others just loved the great food that Chef Jose created.

Years later they both moved on to different employment opportunities, but kept in touch and eventually created Salsitas Tacos!
